  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received, provided they are placed on a weekday (Monday–Friday), and not on a public holiday in Victoria, Australia.

  • Orders placed on weekends, after hours, or during public holidays will be processed the next business day.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners.

  • Delivery times vary by location but are typically 2–6 business days after dispatch.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Delivery times can take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and parcel size.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
